If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you are entitled to return the goods within 30 days from the date the goods are delivered, upon prior arrangement and authorisation by dadamuma Ltd, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. In order to request a refund, you must inform us through contacting hello@dadamuma.com or 0207 3057 269. Dadamuma Ltd will arrange a collection of the goods, free of charge to the customer, given they meet the below requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. We will not refund any goods that are returned outside of our returns policy. Please note we do not offer exchanges.
Given these conditions above are met, you will receive a full refund no later than 14 days from the day which we receive the returned goods. This refund will be processed through the original payment method used at time of purchase.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return.
